I wanted to see about making an appointment in March to see a surgeon regarding my upper lip. I have had previous work in filling out a cleft lip (so there is some scarring) but want to talk through options regarding the development of fordyce spots and discolouration.
I have lost weight and skin tone and would like to get a face lift/neck and upper arm lift and was wondering can they be done together and how much. I am 61 years old with no health issues. I do not ask to be wrinkle free just less saggy with the removal of a constant mouth droop which makes me look sad all the time. Please also provide separate costing for both procedures. I would be looking at surgery – Albury Wodonga.
I would at a later date love a tummy tuck also.
Hi I’m 36.5yrs old and I live in Melbourne. I’m thinking about having forehead/hairline reduction surgery. I don’t need an eye or brow lift and I have no issues with hairloss at all. No one in my family history has had any hairloss issues. I don’t have a forehead full of wrinkles either. My forehead size from my hairline to my eye brows is 8cm which as you can see my the number, I have an egg head. I don’t want to have hair transplants at all as I don’t need it. I’m sure the actual procedure is called hairline reduction surgery but could be called forehead reduction surgery, but I’m not 100% sure. It’s wear you have a cut made in your hairline, then a section of your forehead is removed and the two sections are stitched in away that hair can grow on the scar line. Do you offer this type of procedure? If so what approximately does it cost? I understand you need to see me first to say forsure but an appropriate is ok. I don’t have a weird shaped forehead either if that helps, it’s only a high hairline which I was born with and is genetic on my father’s side. I’ve hated it my entire life.
Lastly if you do offer this surgery can it be completed at the same time as breast augmentation surgery?
5 months ago I put my top and bottom teeth through my lower lip. I did not damage the vermillion border but required 10 stitches to repair the damage. I still have some swelling around the scar on the inside of my bottom lip that is noticeable when I smile. I have checked in with a doctor who isn’t concerned about the swelling but as I am getting married in 4 months time I would like to make sure my lip is as cosmetically back to normal as possible. I have attached an image as well.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hi Kim’s,i know you state you manly focus on your work to[ primary interests are in female plastic surgery ] but i am a 60 yr old male in victoria and would like to know would if you would operate on me if i chose to have a operation? cheers, laine.
Do you perform neck lifts? Or is that what you call a facelift? I am not overweight, but have sagging skin under my chin, which I would like to removed or tightened.
I suffered an Accident at 5 which caused the injury to my eyes and required me to have surgery on my upper nose and eye area. It was performed by Dr Holmes at Royal Children’s Centre at the time. I am now 35 years old and my eye appears to be looking worse with age and more noticeable in photos. Unfortunately it has come to the point where I’m avoiding the camera, because of my eye I’m not confident of my appearance. There is no pain, my eyesight is fine and I don’t expect my eyes to be symmetrical, but if it can be fixed to appear like the other, It would be hugely satisfying for me.
Can you please explain to me what surgery is required? Cost? Recovery time?
Below are pics I’ve just taken of myself. I have plenty more, that are just the same.
I’m sorry, but pics are not uploAding from either my iPad or iphone. I’m happy to email them to you if you can supply me an address?
Please. I’d like some feedback
